Federal D.R.E.A.M. Act
The Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act is a piece of legislation that would provide a pathway to citizenship for undocumented youth who:

- Arrived before the age of 16 and is no older than 35.
- Have lived in the U.S. for more than 5 years.
- Graduated from high school or obtained the equivalent.
- Go to college or enlist in the armed forces for at least two years.
- Maintain good moral character.
- Also, it would eliminate federal provision in IIRIRA of 1996 (10-year provision).
